The DW 029D is a rapid manufacture system designed for medium-scale production, ideal for making larger quantities of burn-out models, orthodontic models, and gypsum-like models obtained from intraoral scanning. Designed for medium-to-large laboratories, the DE 029 combines high speed and precision. The 3D printer uses stereolithography technology to obtain the extremely high resolution and definition required in the dental sector, and minimise the finishing required. It is a reliable, accurate, and extremely precise printer, compatible with a vast range of 3D printing materials for all dental applications. The DW 029D has been designed to operate 24 hours a day, with maximum reliability and zero maintenance. The DW 029D 3D printer includes our Nauta+ print management software, which can generate support structures automatically. It is also equipped with the TTT (Tank Translation Technology) System, an electromechanical device that automatically moves the resin tank as a model is built, helping to reduce localised wear to the tank caused by laser beam irradiation. This innovation extends the tank’s lifespan and significantly reduces running costs.
