The smart cartridges for the XFAB series have been designed to ensure safety and a quick material change. Thanks to the extrusion mechanism inside the XFAB, no manual intervention is required and the risk of accidental leakages are eliminated.
XFAB 2500 SD embedded the advanced technologies of the professional systems, such as the sophisticated TTT System (Tank Translation Technology) patented by DWS, which ensures that the tank evenly wears and avoids localized laser damage.
The BluEdge® laser developed in-house at DWS is accurate and precise, and calibrated to obtain smooth surfaces requiring no further finishing. It is long-lasting and doesn't need maintenance or adjustment.
XFAB series runs proprietary parametric software, which automatically generates support structures. Nauta allows to modify supports, alter the orientation and position of objects for 3D printing, maximizing the quality of the surfaces produced. Then, the output file can be exported to Fictor software, which launches and manages the printing process.
