The DW 028J+ is a high-speed, high-precision 3D printer for rapid manufacture in the jewellery industry. It has been designed specifically for small and medium-sized jewellery workshops that need a reliable 3D printing system to produce pieces and parts of the highest quality, precision, and resolution. The 028J Plus 3D printer boasts a printing area of 90 x 90 x 90 mm and can produce up to 150 pieces per day, including details such as smooth surfaces, undercuts, cavities, and filigree, ensuring the greatest possible freedom when designing pieces. It is also perfect for creating fashion accessories and costume jewellery.
With its low running costs and negligible maintenance cost, the 028J Plus 3D printer really can operate 24 hours a day. The system uses stereolithography technology to obtain the extremely high resolution and accuracy that the industry demands. Complete with the Nauta+ software (which can automatically generate support structures), the system is compatible with the entire range of materials developed by DWS specifically for jewellery and fashion accessories.
