The DW 029J Plus is a high-speed 3D stereolithography printer for large-scale manufacture requiring maximum precision. It is ideal for medium and large-sized jewellery workshops, third-party manufacturing, and big-name brands in the jewellery industry requiring a reliable 3D printer with a large printing area that can produce pieces of the highest quality and resolution. The DW 029J Plus can produce up to 800 pieces per day (depending on complexity) to an extremely high level of detail, including smooth surfaces, undercuts, cavities, and filigree, ensuring the greatest possible freedom for the designer. The DW 029J Plus is perfect for producing large quantities in direct casting and rubber mould applications within a short time.
With low running costs and no anticipated maintenance cost, the printer has been designed to operate 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum reliability. The system uses SLA technology to obtain the extremely high resolution and accuracy that the industry demands, and is compatible with the entire range of 3D printing materials developed by DWS. Also included is the Nauta+ software, which can automatically generate support structures.
The DW 029J+ is equipped with the TTT (Tank Translation Technology) System, an electromechanical device that automatically moves the resin tank as a piece is built, helping to reduce localised wear to the tank due to laser beam irradiation. This innovation extends the tank’s lifespan and significantly reduces operating costs.
