The DW 029J is a high-speed, high-precision 3D SLA printer for rapid manufacture in the jewellery industry. Developed specifically for medium and large-sized jewellery workshops, it is ideal for big-name brands in the jewellery industry requiring a reliable printer with a larger printing area that can produce pieces of the highest quality, precision, and resolution, even in very large quantities. The DW 029J can produce up to 270 pieces per day (depending on complexity) to an extremely high level of detail, including smooth surfaces, undercuts, cavities, and filigree, ensuring the greatest possible freedom when designing pieces. The DW 029J is perfect for producing large quantities in direct casting and rubber mould applications within a short time.
With low running costs and no maintenance cost, the printer has been designed to operate 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum reliability. The DW 029J 3D printing system uses stereolithography technology to obtain the extremely high resolution and accuracy that the industry demands. Together with the integrated Nauta+ software to manage printing and automatically generate support structures, the system is compatible with the entire range of materials developed by DWS specifically for jewellery applications.
The DW 029J is equipped with the TTT (Tank Translation Technology) System, an electromechanical device that automatically moves the resin tank as a piece is built, helping to reduce localised wear to the tank due to laser beam irradiation. This innovation extends the tank’s lifespan and significantly reduces operating costs.
