The DW 029J is a high-speed, high-precision SLA 3D printer for rapid manufacture in the jewellery industry. Developed specifically for medium and large-sized jewellery workshops, it is ideal for big-name brands demanding a reliable printer with a large printing area that can produce pieces of the highest quality, precision, and resolution, in very large quantities. 

The DW 029J can produce up to 270 pieces per day (depending on complexity) to an extremely high level of detail, including smooth surfaces, undercuts, cavities, and filigree, ensuring the greatest freedom when designing pieces. The DW 029J is perfect for producing large quantities of models for direct casting and for rubber moulding within a short time. 

With low running costs and no maintenance costs, the printer has been designed to operate 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum reliability.
Together with the integrated Nauta+ software to automatically generate support structures, the system is compatible with the entire range of materials developed by DWS for jewellery applications. 
The DW 029J is equipped with the TTT System (Tank Translation Technology), an electromechanical device that automatically moves the resin tank as a piece is built, helping to reduce localised wear to the tank due to laser beam irradiation. This innovation extends the tank’s lifespan and significantly reduces the operating costs.
