  • General inquiries → will be forwarded to our marketing and/or sales department.
  • Technical support → select the “Technical Support” tab and specify whether the issue concerns printer, software, material or curing device. Your request will be sent directly to the DWS after-sales support team.
  • Sample requests → select the “Request a Sample” tab to contact our pre-sales department.
  • Distributors → if you’re interested in partnering with DWS, select the “For Resellers” tab. Your request will go directly to our sales management.
A correctly completed form allows us to provide faster and more effective support.

Winter Break 25-26>> We will be on holiday from the 23rd of December to the 06th of January.

International Workers’ Day 26>> We will be closed on Friday, May 1st. We will reopen on Monday, May 4th.
