FUSIA 445 is a photosensitive material for DWS stereolithography 3D printers, suitable for direct casting of detailed thin and solid models. In combination with proprietary software Nauta XCluster and Nauta XCluster Chain (optional) FUSIA 445 is one of the ideal materials for the print of already prepared clusters for direct casting.
Fusia DC900 castable resin represents DWS state-of-the-art material for lost wax casting. All desired requirements are condensed in this innovative formulation: red matt color for perfect visual inspection, maximum castability and an incredible level of detail.

Fusia DC905 castable resin represents DWS state-of-the-art material for lost wax casting.

INVICTA 2020 is a photosensitive material developed for the printing of end-use products: from industrial design to the production of functional parts, it is also suitable for aesthetic mockups and prototypes. Uniqueness of touch feeling, the superlative aesthetic quality makes Invicta 2020 particularly suitable for the production of aesthetic parts subject to handling. The material is characterized by a high breaking strength and excellent heat resistance.
The models produced with INVICTA 2020 are characterized by a very smooth finish, suitable for producing prototypes or end-use parts without the need for manual finishing.
PRECISA DL260 is a photosensitive nano-filled ceramic material for DWS stereolithography 3D printers, developed for rubber moulding applications, including VLT, liquid silicones and vulcanized rubber at medium-low temperatures (max. 90°C). Thanks to its accuracy it allows to build also prototypes, concept models and mock up models. It can also be metallized.
THERMA DM210 s a nano-filled ceramic resin developed for rubber moulding applications, including VLT, liquid silicones and vulcanized rubber at medium-low temperatures (max. 90°C). THERMA DM210 is suitable both for thin and thick models. Models made of THERMA DM210 resin can be easily removed from the rubber mould and they can also be broken, allowing to carrying out some difficult cuts that would not be possible, otherwise, with a metal model. THERMA DM210 delivers extremely smooth surfaces and exceptionally precise and sharp details.
THERMA DM220 is suitable for thick and thin models. It can be used to make liquid silicones and vulcanized rubber at a maximum temperature of 180-200°C. Models made of THERMA DM220 can be easily removed from the rubber mould and they can also be broken, allowing to carrying out some difficult cuts that would not be possible, otherwise, with a metal model. THERMA DM220 delivers extremely smooth surfaces and exceptionally precise and sharp details.
THERMA DM500 is a photosensitive material developed for the realization, with DWS stereolithographic technology, of injection mouldings for plastic material. The material has been developed to withstand over 200 cycles. The injected polymer can reach a maximum temperature of 220° C with up to 90 bar of closing pressure.
IRIX is a nano-ceramic photosensitive material for DWS’ SLA systems. Thanks to IRIX, the revolutionary “digital stone”, designers will have the possibility to develop their creativity without any shape limit or colour restriction. The creation of the stone is performed using nanotechnologies applied to the additive process, obtaining a material having the main features of a natural stone. It is ideal for fashion accessories' applications, such as inserts and/or shiny coloured hard stone like details.
IRIX V is part of the Digital Stone Series: particularly translucent, it has been created to meet the market needs of the fashion and
fashion accessories industries. Ideal for 3D printing of faceted stones and translucent ornaments without geometric shape limits.
Irix Digital CA is a functional, photosensitive material for DWS stereolithography 3D printers.
It reproduces the typical mechanical and aesthetic properties of cellulose acetate used mainly in the eyewear industry.
It is suitable for the production of frames and temples. Samples made with Irix Digital CA are durable and smooth.
On-demand coloring of the pigmented material is possible.
