DWS 3D printers dedicated to the industrial division are highly versatile, designed with the aim of satisfying the most demanding professionals in terms of productivity, superficial quality of the prints and variety of applications.
The large working areas of the 3D printers allow large quantities of models and/or prototypes, even big-sized ones.
Industrial division’s point of strength is definitely represented by the wide range of innovative materials, developed and produced in-house, in order to offer new business opportunities and to reduce production and printed models’ post treatment costs.
Besides materials for functional parts and objects, Invicta series, characterized by excellent physical-mechanical performances and dimensional stability, the professional can also use glass-like transparent (and colorable) materials of Vitra series for the automotive or lightening sector, and rubber-like materials, advanced elastomers of Flexa series for the footwear sector, fashion accessories and technical articles.
The materials of Therma series, Precisa 780 and Precisa DL260 resins are extraordinary for their resistance to high temperatures. Among them, Therma DM500 stands out for the production of injection molds for plastic materials. Designed for small lots of production (indirect manufacturing), the resin allows the drastic reduction of times and costs for the molds’ realization.
Materials for direct manufacturing, Invicta DL405, Invicta DL406 and Invicta 2020, give the professional the possibility of printing finished and end-use objects, optimizing the whole production process.
For a fully digital and automated workflow, dedicated software such as Nauta XCluster® (for the creation of already set up trees of e.g. small mechanical parts for direct casting), complete DWS offer for the professional eager to make his production process more streamlined, fast and effective, in comparison with traditional manufacturing methods, thus fully entering Industry 4.0.
