“State of the Net is a free conference where Italian industries and tech communities can meet in order to investigate the dynamics and opportunities in the current digital scenario. This will be the fourth edition of SotN from June 12th to 14th at Molo IV in Trieste (Italy) and, as every year, it will gather the most relevant opinion makers, entrepreneurs and journalists from Italy, Europe and the United States. The General Manager of DWS, Maurizio Costabeber, will give a speech on June 13th at 15.00 in a debate dedicated to sectors and companies that have reinvented their business and that want to spread their experiences. The moderator will be Massimo Russo, director of the renowned magazine Wired. The format of the conference is based on main themes which are then discussed in open conversations with experts and all the attendees. The main theme this year will be Smart Life:

“Our world is changing and evolving in ways we have never experienced before. You can print a replacement part for your washing machine at home with your 3D printer. You can jump in a car anywhere in the city and drop it off wherever you need. You can use an app to learn how to write software, make sourdough bread or meditate. State of the Net is the place where you can share ideas and experiences.”

SotN is created by Beniamino Pagliaro, Paolo Valdemarin and Sergio Maistrello, members of its steering committee. A technological event entirely in English that aspires to a great turnout!”
